Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Planning and Implementation:Develop and implement quality plans, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, regulations, and industry standards.
- Quality Control:Manage all phases of quality control, including inspections, testing, and audits.
- Communication and Training:Communicate project-specific quality requirements to all stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and customers, and train personnel on quality procedures.
- Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor project progress, identify quality issues, and report on quality performance to senior management.
- Corrective Actions:Manage corrective actions to address quality nonconformances and ensure continuous improvement.
- Documentation:Review and approve all project quality system records and quality-related contract submittals.
- Liaison:Act as a liaison with parties outside the company on matters relating to quality.
- Compliance:Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards, such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, SANS, NHBRC, CIDB, and NEMA.
- Skills:Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with project management and leadership abilities are essential.
- Experience:Experience with quality management systems, quality assurance, and quality control processes is highly valued.
