Property Inspector

Southern Suburbs, Cape Town

R12 000 basic negotiable + inspection incentives

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08h30 to 17h30.

 

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the property industry.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

Pre-Tenancy Inspections:

Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties before incoming tenants.

• Document property conditions, ensuring accurate and detailed reports.

Post-Tenancy Inspections:

• Assess properties after outgoing tenants, identifying maintenance or repair requirements.
• Provide detailed feedback to management and tenants.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Compile comprehensive inspection reports, including photographs and detailed descriptions.
• Ensure all documentation is completed promptly and accurately.

Tenant Support:

• Liaise with tenants regarding inspection findings.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring tenant satisfaction throughout the process.
